xbajje Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and xbajje ("xbajje", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the xbajje website, its associated services, gaming products, sports betting markets, promotions, and any other features offered through the domain xbajje.ws and its subdomains (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, placing a bet, participating in a promotion, or otherwise accessing any part of the xbajje Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the Platform.

xbajje reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xbajje will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. Continued use of the Platform following any such update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically.

The xbajje Platform is intended solely for adult players. To register and use xbajje, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform.
2. You are accessing the Platform voluntarily, for your own personal entertainment.
3. You are not acting on behalf of any third party or using another person's payment method without their explicit authorisation.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any employee of xbajje or any of its affiliated game studio partners.
5. You have not previously been self-excluded from xbajje or any affiliated platform and are not currently subject to any self-exclusion period.
6. You are capable of entering into a legally binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

xbajje reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the period stipulated by xbajje may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

If xbajje determines at any time that a player was under 21 years of age at the time of registration or during any period of use, xbajje will immediately suspend the account, void all bets and game rounds placed during that period, and return any remaining real-money balance after deducting any winnings derived from bets placed while underage. Any bonuses claimed during that period will also be forfeited.

Each player may hold only one registered account on the xbajje Platform. Creating multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") for any purpose — including to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent limits, or evade a suspension — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and a mobile number registered in Bangladesh. You must update this information promptly if it changes. xbajje is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate registration details provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. xbajje staff will never ask you for your password, PIN, or one-time password (OTP) via any channel, including email, live chat, SMS, Telegram, or WhatsApp. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately to [email protected].

You must notify xbajje immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. xbajje accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

All financial transactions on the xbajje Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever technically possible, as part of xbajje's anti-money-laundering (AML) procedures. xbajje reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation before processing any withdrawal, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

xbajje does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees independent of xbajje. Players are advised to confirm applicable fees with their payment provider directly.

All deposits must be used for the purpose of genuine gameplay. Depositing funds solely to transfer or withdraw them without meaningful play constitutes a violation of these Terms and may be treated as an attempt to use the Platform for money laundering purposes, which xbajje is legally obligated to report.

xbajje offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

1. Welcome Bonus: New players who make their first deposit are eligible for a 100% deposit match bonus up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 30x the combined deposit and bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made.
2. Wagering Contributions: Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games (roulette, blackjack, baccarat) typically contribute 10%. Sports betting wagers at minimum odds of 1.50 contribute 100%. Crash games contribute 50%. xbajje publishes full contribution tables in the promotions section.
3. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless otherwise specified. Expired bonuses are removed from your account automatically.
4. Prohibited Strategies: Use of betting strategies designed to fulfil wagering requirements at minimal financial risk — including but not limited to low-edge staking on outcomes with near-equal probability — may be deemed bonus abuse and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
5. Seasonal Promotions: xbajje may offer special promotional campaigns aligned with Bangladeshi cultural events including Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Independence Day (March 26), and Victory Day (December 16). Specific terms for these campaigns are published separately at the time of each promotion.
6. Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions: xbajje reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice, provided that any promotion already claimed in good faith by an eligible player will be honoured under the terms active at the time of claiming.

xbajje is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a suite of player-protection tools that are available to all registered users at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings panel. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss threshold per day, week, or month. Once the threshold is reached, further betting is suspended for the remainder of the period.
• Session Time Limits: Players may set a maximum daily session duration, after which they are automatically logged out.
• Time-Out: Players may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a time-out, no deposits, bets, or bonus claims are permitted.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request indefinite self-exclusion from the Platform. This measure cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months and requires a formal review process to lift.

All content on the xbajje Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data structures, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of xbajje or its licensed content providers. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written authorisation from xbajje is strictly prohibited.

xbajje provides its services on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xbajje shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from technical failures, server outages, connection interruptions, or errors in game software provided by third-party studios.

xbajje makes no warranty that game software, odds feeds, or live streaming services will be free from errors, interruptions, or delays. In the event of a system error affecting the outcome of a game round or sporting event bet, xbajje reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return the staked amounts to the player's account balance.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of English-language contract law as applied in the context of online gaming platforms serving the Bangladesh market. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be referred to xbajje's support team for resolution. xbajje aims to resolve all complaints within 10 business days.

xbajje reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Multi-accounting, bonus abuse, collusion, or use of automated betting tools.
• Engagement in chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits.
• Any conduct that xbajje reasonably believes to be harmful to the Platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

Upon closure of an account for a Terms violation, xbajje may withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately earned through fair play and no rule violation is confirmed, xbajje will return the balance to the player via their verified payment method within 14 business days.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting [email protected]. A real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days, provided all KYC requirements have been met.

xbajje collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data is used exclusively for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, responsible gaming compliance, and where you have provided explicit consent, direct marketing communications. xbajje does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties.

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from these Terms, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any individual promotion terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between xbajje and the player and supersede all prior representations, agreements, or understandings, whether oral or written.

No Waiver: xbajje's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms on any particular occasion shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision on any subsequent occasion.

Language: These Terms are provided in English. In the event of any translation being made available for convenience, the English version shall take precedence in all cases.
